We run a number of events throughout the year to help raise funds for the charity.
Join Chemogiftbags “Blooms of Hope”, a community-led project supporting pollinators & people affected by breast cancer.
How does it work?
Grow pollinator-friendly plants (lavender, sunflowers, herbs & garden flowers and more!)
Sell them in your own way (markets, online, to friends & family)
Donate the funds to Chemogiftbags to support those in need.
It’s simple, fun, and makes a difference for both nature & people!
Get involved today – start growing, share your journey using #BloomsOfHope, and donate when you’re ready at peoplesfundraising.com/donation/chemogiftbags

Christmas Craft Fair 2026
We’re thrilled to announce our first ever
Christmas Craft Fair on Saturday 21st November 2026
at Coronation Hall, Headley Road, Woodley, Reading RG5 4JD.
For further information or to book a trader table, contact: Tracey.garcia@chemogiftbags.org
All traders must have valid public liability insurance for the event
All welcome!
This is more than just a craft fair – it’s about bringing our community together and creating something special. We’re opening our doors to showcase the incredible talent of local artisans and makers, giving them a platform to share their beautiful handmade crafts and gifts with you.
When you shop at our fair, you’re not just ticking off your Christmas list – you’re supporting local small businesses and helping them thrive. These traders, in turn, are generously supporting Chemogiftbags through their table fees. It’s a beautiful cycle: you support local, local supports us, and together we can continue our work providing comfort and care to those going through chemotherapy.
We want this to be a wonderful experience for everyone – a warm, welcoming space where you can find unique gifts you won’t see on the high street, enjoy a cup of tea, have a go on the tombola, and feel good knowing your purchases are making a real difference in multiple ways.
Help us make our first craft fair a roaring success! The more people who come through the doors, the happier our traders will be, and the more likely they are to return next year. Let’s build something lasting together.
