Chemogiftbags needs YOU!
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Volunteer Social Media Editor to help us spread the word about our mission: delivering “A Hug in a Bag” to breast cancer patients across the Thames Valley.
We’re looking for a volunteer to take responsibility for
- Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging posts, stories, and updates, including graphics
- Help us celebrate events, volunteers, and fundraising milestones
- Grow our amazing online community!
If you’ve got a few hours a week, some creative flair, and a big heart, we’d love to hear from you!

Grant Writer
We’re looking for someone who wants to make a real difference.
Are you an experienced grant writer, or just someone looking to use your writing talents for social good. Could you help us secure vital funding to continue our work supporting those going through chemo for breast cancer?
We’re looking for a volunteer to take responsibility for
- Identifying grant opportunities
- Crafting compelling proposals
- Tracking application deadlines
- Reporting on outcomes

Corporate Fundraisers
Are you great at networking? Do you love building relationships and have great communication skills?
If so you could be our next Volunteer Corporate Fundraiser.
We are looking for someone to proactively research and engage with businesses in the Thames Valley, to secure new companies to partners with us and drive income.

Community Fundraisers
Are you Thames Valley based, organised, creative and great with people? If so you could join us as a Community Fundraiser.
You’ll identify and deliver fundraising activities either in your area or across the Thames Valley, supported by your team of Volunteers. You’ll need great people and communication skills, to be organised and able to work on your own initiative. You’ll be confident, professional and someone that loves building relationships with all kinds of people.

We’re looking for people willing to undertake ad hoc activities on behalf of Chemogiftbags.
You might find yourself…
- Collecting donated items.
- Helping with events, which could mean helping to set up the venue, selling raffle tickets, door duties and clearing up.
- Collections at “pop up” events, handing out flyers, etc.
- Helping at community events.
